Low T dose + GLP's: good or bad?

weekly pin showed better results in trials. split dosing keeps your levels steadier but lower peak, which eases side effects. depends on your goal—maybe one's better for you, maybe the other. interested to hear what works for people.

The 5 days on 2 days off thing? Not actually backed by science, just started by clinics and got repeated on Reddit forever lol. Only reason to do it is if you're dealing with water retention from other stuff. Most peptides are either weekly, multiple times a week, or daily depending on what it is.

Cresol is a documented problem for certain peptides - it works adequately for insulin but the stability profile differs for GLP-1 compounds. The lab testing community has noted this reasonably well. If a preparation uses cresol as the preservative, questions about activity after storage are legitimate, particularly over longer periods. The source distinction matters: cresol-preserved formulations are not equivalent to properly formulated GLP-1 preparations even when the active compound is the same.
