Lump after the shot, is it normal?

I think when a bump shows up, it probably means it went into the wrong spot, like not deep enough. Made me panic a little! Does that mean it won't work as well?

It probably just means it won't absorb like it should, so maybe the side effects will be different than what you're used to.

It could also be because there was some old scar tissue there from a previous injection. Next time, try to inject an inch or so away from that spot, about a month from now.

Since we're on the subject of injections, does everyone know what to do with their used needles? It's super important to dispose of them correctly to protect sanitation workers and others.

Also, what day does everyone inject? I'm starting next week and am wondering if there's a 'best' day to avoid side effects during the work week.
