Maintenance? Hitting the wallet hard

Nice work, you look noticeably younger! Doesn't seem like you need to drop any further. Long-term maintenance for most people basically means staying on the medication indefinitely.
 
Two years back somebody told me maintenance meant tapering to a tiny dose every other week. Total nonsense, once I began stepping down the weight crept back on. You know how everyone eventually plateaus? Whatever dose you're on when that happens is your maintenance dose.
