Major weight loss, feeling great!

Started just before my birthday after struggling with weight for so long - all those failed diets and routines left me feeling stuck. Stayed on the 0.25 for the whole year, slow and steady, building real eating habits that stick. Started 190, now 155, target around 145.

Easy to get caught in comparison trap when others seem to drop weight faster. But progress is progress, and how you feel in your body matters way more than the number on someone else's scale.

Finally made it under 200! Huge milestone after hitting that plateau wall. Feels amazing to drop back into the 100s and get out of the overweight range. 5'8" - Started at 240, now 196.5, targeting 140. Really happy with the momentum again.

try mounjaro if you can switch. went from ozempic to mounjaro two months ago and appetite suppression is back. ozempic had stopped working. not getting extreme sides on either one so can't complain.

Got a message from SRY's Hailey from a different WhatsApp number but it responded to a real message I sent right after she vanished. Not switching suppliers though.

I had the same fears and I'm prediabetic. started ozempic and no regrets. switched to tirzepatide when the first one plateaued. there's always options if something stops working. you won't hate food, you'll just feel full way faster.

People worry so much about the needle part when really it's nothing compared to dealing with extra weight and all that comes with it. The injections are easy, honestly. The question isn't whether to use them - it's whether you'd rather stick with more nausea and food struggles to avoid a weekly poke.

switched to organic berberine 500mg before meals. lowers cholesterol and blood sugar, it's natural and cheap. been able to maintain over the last couple weeks. lifting weights while i travel, planks, weighing myself daily, only 2 meals.

240 to 180 is a real run. Getting to a stable point and knowing the maintenance habits is the harder part, but it sounds like you've got it dialed.

Started with a quarter then moved up after 6 weeks. Staying at each dose until I notice it's not quite working anymore helps me avoid dropping too fast and dealing with extra skin issues. Saving money and protecting the skin - win both ways!

Grabbing the old size by habit and having it fall off is one of the best non-scale markers - the clothing recalibration usually runs 2-3 sizes behind actual weight loss because the habit of reaching for the bigger size dies slower than the pounds do.
