I'm down to needing to lose only about 45 more pounds to hit my first big goal of getting below 200. I'm barely even using sema anymore. Maybe .75mg every couple of weeks. I actually stopped it for about a month and a half to get my appetite back up... I just wasn't eating enough. I was taking it pretty steadily from last December until May. Went from like 350+ lbs down to 242. (Most of the weight came off before I even started semaglutide)

Whoa!!! Jaw surgery is really something!! And tough! My son went thru it and it was pretty scary to watch! You look like a different person!! Plus the weight coming off. You look beautiful! I hope you're happy with what you've achieved! My son's before and after, like a totally different person.

You look amazing, you must have worked hard, and you look so happy. Congrats! You were beautiful before, and you're beautiful now!

You've got this classic, like, Marlene Dietrich/Bette Davis/Maureen O’Hara/Vivien Leigh look going on!

You look incredible, enjoy it! 🏆

Congratulations, you look absolutely amazing. I hope you feel it too, your joints, your energy, everything. You are an inspiration.

So what is double jaw surgery?

It's a big deal, Toni1985. It's when they move both your upper and lower jaw. Usually done to fix problems with your bite, or if your jaws aren't lined up right. My son had it, it's a long recovery.

I just saw a photo from a year ago, and compared it to a recent one. I started on a similar med 4 months back. Down around 30 pounds. Can you tell? It's hard when it's you. I can see it in my face!
