Major weight loss - opinions?

Losing the face fuzz isn't always a great move! I once shaved my beard off and my dog went bonkers and bit me! My partner ignored me for ages, and my kid (who was tiny then) burst into tears! The other one didn't care then, and still doesn't now. You look good and more importantly your bloods are good! You're smashing it!

OK, a few peeps seem stuck on how I look right now, saying I seem a bit washed out. So, I've adjusted the colors in this pic to be a bit more lifelike. Better? lol

Congrats, huge achievement. People might mention you look unwell, but us older folk... it's just how it is when we shed the pounds. Better to be healthy and look a bit older, than massively overweight and look younger! Well done!

I'm really sorry that instead of saying congrats on your awesome loss, people feel the need to comment on your health and looks. What you've achieved is amazing and despite outward APPEARANCES, I bet you're much healthier now!!! You've done amazingly, don't be disheartened by those comments. 👏🏻

Wow, I'm inspired! My A1C was kinda high, so my doc put me on a GLP-1 agonist. I'm only down about 15 pounds after five months, but my blood pressure is way better now. Hoping to lose another 20-30 pounds!

It's amazing how much face fat you can lose! I've dropped maybe 30-ish pounds in seven months, but my face looks totally different, according to my family anyway. I don't see it myself, haha. Keep up the awesome work!

Sorry you're dealing with this. I don't have medical advice but ME/CFS forums might help—a friend's mom found real answers and functional life again after symptoms. Not 100% back but loads better than before.
