To the original poster, you give us all hope! I'm 66 and just started this journey. Seeing people have success at my age is inspiring. I'm working out 3x a week too!
 
Dropping quick feels motivating but watch for pancreatitis and gallstones. Fast loss stresses pancreas and gallbladder. Prioritize protein, fiber, exercise. Numbers matter less than trend and health.
