Started getting worse on tirzepatide actually. Also weird ear thing. Weight loss affects ear canals, fatty tissue gone means eustachian tubes stay open, sound goes straight to inner ear. Can hear myself breathing, annoying and hurts. Wondering if that messes with balance too since inner ear is a balance center. Need to research.
