What works for maintenance post-goal? Seen people drop dose weekly, some increase and do it every two weeks, others stay same and space out. Personal answer please?
I checked into it but didn't catch much changing either. The Reddit thread seemed to have a lot of posts wiped, so hard to say what was really being discussed or if there's substance there.
Maybe I'm weird but tastes haven't really changed. Just get satisfied quicker and stay that way longer. Way easier to pass on greasy stuff like burgers but they still taste good if I have them.
