Microdosing GLP-1s?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Noticed that pushing amounts up and combining a few of these compounds together really tamps down appetite and the pull toward junk once even a small portion's been eaten, kind of makes sense when you think about it. Didn't touch any of this until after the bulk of the weight was already gone, so my focus was really just on hunger levels, how often cravings for garbage food showed up, and whether the number on the scale crept up or down. Holding onto a massive share of what's already been lost, layering a mid-range reta amount over a steady tirz base worked, and a small bit of cagri on top pushed it further still. Real target here is finding whatever combination makes appetite match exactly what the body burns at a stable weight. Mostly only worth this level of fuss if the goal is reaching or maintaining a truly major total loss.

Appreciate the reply! Currently sitting at 0.25 mg, the smallest amount possible short of counting clicks for even finer microdosing. Hoping tolerance improves from here. These are medications after all, not meant to feel great necessarily, but agreed, shouldn't leave me feeling worse than before starting either.

Maybe. But I figure diet and exercise carry most of it while the GLP only mutes cravings. Early on I read the idea that you shouldn't use even a microgram beyond what gets results, and it sticks with me, since I fear my body adjusts to higher levels eventually and the hunger will return. Keeping the dose as low as possible along with diet and exercise seems like a way to keep that runway going as far as it can.

Somebody online talked about micro and split dosers like some misinformation cult, as if straying from the Lilly trial protocols is blasphemy against science lol. Twelve weeks in, I've split and micro dosed my way to 22 pounds down. I'm at 1.5mg weekly and thinking about 2mg because my cardiologist appointment is four months away and I need better bloodwork.

Doc and I are mapping a gradual exit, either wider spacing between doses or microdosing. Conveniently my weekly average has been about 2.5 to 2.9 mg, with a nudge up to 3.33 when stalled before dropping back. Getting me off it in the end is her goal, and mine, since the root problem was metabolic syndrome triggered by a different medication, not just food noise (though noise has hit me before, honestly). We'll figure it out when we arrive! Fingers crossed the illness has cleared and I cope without :D

Cool, thanks for sharing! Im in a similar boat and didnt know if that counted as microdosing. My goal was just 30 pounds off, gradually, which a lower dose is delivering.

Looks like some people tough just it out, not me. Awful stomach trouble hit me, mostly week 2, and I nearly quit. I read about micro dosing & ended up splitting the dose, 1.25mg each 4 days. No problems whatsoever apart from a bit of tiredness after the shot. I'm glad I tried it. Only nine weeks in and steady loss of .5kg (1 lb) weekly. I titrated up a just couple of weeks just ago to 1.87mg each 4 days so I lose at least .5kg. No side effects noticed. It's not fast, but I'm keeping muscle mass and already feel much better. No food noise & only a just little hunger around meals, perhaps once a day. Everyone's different and some need large doses before it works. There's no best way, just what works for you.
