MIL's on my case! Too thin?

Got some V2s from Ali, they work alright but if you press too hard they don't deliver the full dose and stutter. Is the Gensupen 2 available on UK eBay? Cheapest I found was from Poland at about 80 pounds delivered for one pen, but scored a bundle for 20 without carrying case.

strength training, hitting protein, staying active. what's your body composition like? might be worth switching to tirz if the scale's stuck.

Appetite can't be all it is. There's something about insulin resistance and sugar metabolism. I eat about what I used to and still lose.

There's research happening on 4- and 5-receptor agonists that might solve the muscle loss problem we're all dealing with. Time will tell.

Low, steady dosing. Cardio, creatine, HRT, strength training, solid macros at target calories, hydration—and something to help glucagon.

My stack: New Chapter multi, calcium, magnesium glycinate 200mg, omega 3, creatine and collagen 5g (thinking about 10g), psyllium husk fiber, and lots of protein shakes.

Caroline Girvan's youtube channel is solid for weight lifting - she's got an app too and people swear by it. There's even a supportive facebook group which helps. Also what's your alcohol like? When I was younger just cutting that alone would lean me out. Takes longer now at 46 but it still helps.

Muscles build when they're actually used. Lifting builds them, lack of use kills them. I've lost over 50 pounds and lost a ton of muscle because I haven't been lifting—been carrying that weight every day meant I was stronger. Now I'm lighter and weaker. Makes sense but it's frustrating.

resistance training while losing weight is all about the adaptation you're targeting. creatine, glutamine, hmb, leucine, and a bunch of other compounds help muscle hold through deficit.
