Mixing Glutathione - help!

Hey guys, got some 1.5g vials that are 10mL. The seller said to mix with 5-7.5mL of BAC. I wanna hit 500mg every other day. If I use 6mL that comes out to 2mL per dose. I wanted to keep it under 1mL. Is that possible? Or will it be too thick? And can I use it sublingually if I convert the powder?

It shouldn't be too thick if you're using BAC water instead of Vitamin C to mix it. Assuming it's good quality and doesn't have a bunch of fillers, you should be able to draw and inject it no problem.

I guess what I'm really asking is about the volume. Think I can mix with just 3mL? I'm reading that injecting over 1mL can be uncomfortable.

Are you planning on injecting subq or IM? IM should be fine. Subq, it might get a lil' uncomfortable 'cause of lower blood flow. Maybe use a 30g, 1/2 inch needle if you're going subq to get it in a little deeper.

I saw a vial of 600mg Glutathione next to a 1200mg one, couldn't really tell the difference in size.

You'll probably be alright.

I use 1.2g vials. I mix with 3ml vitamin c and 3ml sterile water. To get a 100 mg dose I inject 50 units daily. When I started, I used a more concentrated mix and it burned like crazy under the skin. More BAC is better to avoid the sting. Go as deep as you can sub q.

I'm finishing up 600 mg vials before I move to 1500s. The 600s mix fine with 1 ml BAC and I'm injecting the whole vial subq at once with a 31g 1/2” 1ml insulin syringe. No problems at all.

Soon switching from 600 mg to 500 mg. Gonna mix 1500 w/ 3ml, and pin 1ml 3x/wk.

Thanks for the info, everybody. Just mixed with 3mL, drew out 1mL, and injected. My leg was a little sore, but not as bad as I thought it would be. Thanks for the help!

I doubt 100 mcg would do much. I did 1200 mg for 5 days (Mon-Fri), then 600 mg M-W-F. About to switch to 1500 mg vials and reduce dose to 500 mg 3 times weekly.

My bad, I meant 100mg daily; I have 600mg vials. I thought 100mg might be too much, but reading this it sounds okay.

Hello, everyone.

What's the best way to dose glutathione? Is 100mg a day too much, or is that an acceptable dose?

100mg is probably not enough to notice much. You could try something like 300mg a day and see how you feel. Some people go much higher.

I've been looking into peptides for cognitive enhancement and came across Dihexa. Has anyone tried it? I read that it's supposed to be a really potent nootropic, but it's not FDA approved and there's some concern about its long-term effects.

Yeah, I saw some stuff about Dihexa potentially affecting c-MET expression, which could be a problem for cancer cells. I also read something about uncontrolled neurogenesis in lab studies. Definitely proceed with caution.

I'm new to this, but I'm curious about sermorelin and GHRP-2. I saw someone mentioned a blend. Is that good for losing fat and gaining muscle? I'm also on TRT. What's the best way to use them?

A combo of a GHRH with a GHRP can be effective. Look into Modified GRF(1-29) or Sermorelin for the GHRH and Ipamorelin for the GHRP. Dosing them 3x a day around 100mcg or 1mcg/kg could help with fat loss and some muscle gain, especially combined with TRT.
