The 2mL reconstitution for 0.5mg per 1mL is clean math and a reasonable starting approach. Most people also add more BAC water as they work down the vial to keep the concentration consistent rather than dealing with smaller volumes at the end. Good idea sharing both setups.
 
Currently applying my copper peptide topically, research-grade at a decent concentration. Popped the top open, used something thin and long to break up the powder inside, then poured it straight into a hyaluronic acid serum I already had. Repeated that across nine separate vials into one bottle to roughly hit the equivalent of a full gram applied topically.
 
No shift at all. Has to be done using the larger vials for this to work. I'm running 8mg, mixed using an R50, technically 56mg of real volume, into 3ml of BAC. So I draw 43 units, or .43ml, to hit that 8mg mark.
 
Just 2ML of bac water for 100mg of GHK-Cu? If people can actually pull that off, that's impressive to me! Anyone able to reconstitute a 50mg GHK-Cu vial with under 6ml of bac water, I'm genuinely in awe.....

Got a pair of 100mg vials sitting here and I'm trying to work out the right bac amount so every shot doesn't feel like a whole ordeal.
