MJ 1 year: Life-changing!

45M, T2D, HBP
Started at 282lbs, now 168lbs. BMI went from 45 to 28. First goal: 175lbs. Final goal: 162lbs.

One year on this medication and I've gained more insight into my own body than I ever thought possible! My health issues are either way better or GONE! My only wish? I started sooner!

This year has been all about ME. Needed to get my spark back. Learning to accept myself after decades of not really knowing how...that's been the BEST part.

It wasn't easy Tone_Fam! Some weeks were better than others. Just kept reminding myself why I started. The health improvements were a big motivator!

I feel you Moody-FTW, it's like waking up again! I'm finally sleeping through the night without snoring, and I can keep up with my grandkids without getting winded. Little wins add up!

I hear you Pulse-Pal! I've dropped about 50 pounds since March. Still got 60 more to go before I'm not considered obese... it's wild. Body dysmorphia is REAL.

Sounds like they're looking at sometime around year's end. Patent disputes are apparently holding things up. But really, it's impossible to say anymore since schedules keep shifting.
