My recent order from one vendor was smooth. Ruby was super responsive, answered questions quickly, and when they caught an error with one kit mid-shipment they fixed it and let me add more. Got tracking that actually worked, everything arrived, 8 kits total.

The methodology sounds solid and the results are worth sharing when the analysis is complete.

Appreciate all the insight! Had a longer response drafted but being new here seems to be limiting what I can post.

Hear you on the batch-testing certificates though, pretty easy to run one good sample and claim that represents everything in that particular batch.
