Appreciate the heads up. Called in earlier today and picked the second menu option. Sat on hold roughly twenty minutes before reaching someone genuinely helpful, who confirmed cancellation via both email and text.
 
Got hit with a departure scam right after several transactions had gone smoothly with one particular seller elsewhere. Rough losing over 400 dollars, but lesson learned the hard way.
