Month 2 on GLP-1s!

I know I'm probably being impatient, lol, but I've only dropped like 5 pounds in a month and I'm starting to freak out that it's not working for me. Hoping I see the same results as you by my 30th shot! Awesome progress!

Around that time, it started feeling more normal for me, too. Less anxiety, more routine. I barely even remember it's shot day anymore thanks to reminders from my provider.

Don't get discouraged! Everyone responds differently. Stick with it and talk to your doctor if you are concerned.

I saw someone online say their GLP-1 was life-changing after just a few months. They said it jump-started their metabolism after years of low-carb dieting and improved their blood sugar and cholesterol levels to that of someone in their 20s, even though they're almost 60!

Wow, that's amazing

I am happy to hear the med is really doing what it is supposed to!

That's so encouraging to hear

Maybe I just need to be patient and let it do its thing. I'm definitely hoping for some blood sugar improvements too!

I saw a non-scale victory mentioned online that I thought was interesting--someone said their car now fits them better! Their seat used to be all the way back, and now it's moved forward with room to spare. It's not just about weight, it's about feeling comfortable in your own body.
