Mots-c & NAD+ Daily? Bad idea?

Haha. I think I started with that protocol. I don't remember why I changed to doing NAD+ and mots-c at the same time. I really do think they work better together, though. Hits harder than any pre-workout. It's a smooth energy with the endurance of a huge scoop of creatine. But I might try the daily nad protocol because I think I get way too jacked up on my current schedule and I can't fall asleep.

I've been reading about stacking MOTS-c with Retatrutide. Sounds interesting to help stay lean. I'm currently on 2mg of Retatrutide weekly to cut down. After that's done, it'll be building time. What dose of MOTS-c are people using with Reta?

I've been reading about potential interactions between some meds and GLP-1s. Has anyone looked into combining semaglutide and hydrochlorothiazide? I'm on hydrochlorothiazide for hypertension, and I'm wondering if there are any known issues.

I'm doing Mots-c now, but haven't thought about stacking it. I'm still kinda new to all this peptide stuff. Seems like everyone's got their own combos. What's the point of the Reta?

This is probably such a newbie question, sorry! But what exactly does NAD+ do? I keep seeing it mentioned everywhere! Is it just an energy thing, or are there other benefits?

Daily is fine for both at those doses. SS-31 in the mix is the part worth watching - total stack on workout days, not the frequency.

3 MOTS and 6 NAD in one cycle is a large volume. The cost math shifts when sourcing that way - most people find the per-dose cost reasonable at that scale. Daily MOTS saturation effects are worth watching for.
