I've been technically "obese" for a decade or so, and I've finally dropped enough weight to be classified as merely "chubby." I know BMI isn't perfect, but I’m feeling very pleased!

The rejuvenation is really something else. I was nearly at the healthy/overweight line for a while, so it was so satisfying to cross over. Hope you get there smoothly!

It's a strange sensation when you slim down and become desirable because you realize how much better people treat you in all areas of your life, which makes you realize how incredibly superficial everyone is.

Hello, you look fantastic, congrats! If you don’t mind me asking, what did you do about your double chin after the weight loss? Did it disappear by itself? I have a double chin and it appears saggy after shedding pounds for some reason..

I'm really touched for you right now. It must feel like you've been given a second chance at life! Congratulations on your efforts, commitment, and accomplishments.

Hey Trim-Dad, it's awesome to see your progress! Some people have luck with facial exercises for the double chin. Others look into procedures like Kybella. Just throwing out ideas!

I've been monitoring my progress with an app. called MY Weight. It's really helped me see the trends beyond just the scale. I also use Shotsy to keep track of injections. If you're looking for tools, that might help.
