Mounjaro did WHAT?! My 2026 goal!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Start: 226 lbs, BMI 40. Now: 180.4 lbs, BMI 32.2 (114 days). Ran 3.0-6.0-7.5-10mg Tirzepatide, added 0.5mg cagrilintide 2 weeks ago staggered 3 days after. Down 45.6lbs so far. Looking at a 12-year graph, the difference is obvious.

270 to 160 at 18 months is the long-run case made tangible - different weight class, different metabolic category.

Summer to April is when the facial and postural change finally catches up with the scale - the two together in one timeline is a strong result.

Eight months and a good process so far is a solid foundation. 270 to 160 from June to January is around 18 months total - the pace varies a lot person to person but the OP consistency through the whole run is the common thread. What dose are you at and where have the biggest stretches of loss happened?

If there's one single standout win for Mounjaro, this story would be it!!! Genuinely so proud, thanks for putting in that run and giving everyone else here real hope!

Congratulations!!

Mounjaro genuinely delivers so much beyond just the number on the scale, and it sounds like every bit of that is showing up here.

Keep going, the rest is coming!

Started at a lower weight than a lot of people here. Mind sharing your height? The starting point here was a bit higher, and the target sits at 65kg rather than 55.

Worth keeping in mind, the first several kilos tend to drop faster and easier than the last stretch, medication or not.
