Mounjaro - Half a year, down 1/3 of my weight!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Anything else you're doing? I've observed similar results often involve additional hormone therapies. Always good to share the whole picture.

The math is insane. Dropping 90+ pounds is roughly 318k calories. That means almost 1800cal deficit daily for 6 months. Congrats, that's rare.

Amazing results! How did you achieve this and prevent loose skin? What kind of workout did you do? Dietary habits?

Seriously? I started around your weight and was happy to drop 45 lbs over 6 months. You losing close to 90 lbs is unbelievable!

So you can stay on this at a BMI of 22, but an overweight person at 25 can't even get it prescribed. Makes no sense.

I'm down 55lbs in the same time. I know the medication lowers appetite, but there's gotta be a lot of hard work needed also. Did you do a lot of cardio? Primarily resistance training? Supplement stack? I've been using creatine, collagen, and whey, with strict meal planning. What's your plan? Maintenance dose? Stopping completely? Great job!

Amazing progress!
What dose range were you at with Mounjaro? Can you give an outline of your daily meals?
I'm down around 35lbs and nearing my 170lb goal, trying to lose that last bit of stomach fat. I've been doing strength training so muscle is up about 5lbs. Nearly there!

Regarding exercise:
  • I went from *zero* activity (desk job) to walking 30 minutes a day.
  • Twice a week I do light weight training, focusing on core.
I think the key is slow and steady increases.

Hit my lowest weight since I was a kid. Like, seriously, pre-braces days.
It's great to *see* progress. It's week 8 for me and I'm down almost 30 pounds. Eating a bit better and actually exercising
