Mounjaro Is Becoming Too Expensive - Has Anyone Switched to Retatrutide?

Hoping someone out there has navigated something similar. Dealing with endometriosis plus a handful of other hormone-related issues for two years running now, and mounjaro has genuinely made a difference despite weight creeping back fairly fast even with consistent diet and exercise. Doctor just moved me up to the 10mg strength, but keeping up with mounjaro financially is looking rough, pricing varies by pharmacy but runs somewhere around 500 euros a month. Considering a switch to retatrutide instead. Anyone here have direct experience with it? How does effectiveness, side effect profile, and appetite control compare against mounjaro? Would love to hear from anyone who's actually made that switch. Thanks so much!

Had both retatrutide and my prescribed tirzepatide going at different points. Gave retatrutide a full month, then switched back to tirzepatide after noticing heart rate creeping up, food noise returning, and fasting blood glucose running higher while on retatrutide. Went back to tirzepatide and all of that resolved.

Same boat here, honestly discouraged. Had to stop Mounjaro once insurance quit covering it and switch over to Zepbound since I'm not diabetic. Sitting at 5.0 now with barely anything to show for it. Appreciate you posting this, helps knowing I'm not the only one. Such an expensive medication for this little payoff.
