Mounjaro magic!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Love the weight loss but the day or two after my shot I get brutal depression. I know why so I power through, but it's the kind that would be risky if I wasn't hyper-aware. Wish there was a way to keep the results without my Mondays being hell.

On tirzepatide for life at this point. Rather take one shot a week than pile on blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar pills every single day. My health's better now than it's been in years.

20.8 kg in 4 months is a result worth sitting with rather than measuring against someone else's numbers. The comparison trap on forums is constant - someone always posts faster numbers. The pace you're on is the one that's actually happening. Thief of joy is exactly the right frame.

The dual benefit on blood sugar control and weight loss together is one of the most underappreciated parts of what Mounjaro does. 107 lbs in a year reflects what it looks like when both mechanisms are working. Everyone finding their own best fit is accurate too - what works this well for you doesn't land the same way for everyone.

Wow, such a calming and reassuring answer, thank you!
Mind if I ask what checkups you did before actually starting your mounjaro journey?
Thanks again!

Mounjaro's boosted my energy massively and I'm back into a regular gym habit now. Also dealing with lingering pain from a spinal fusion two decades back. If you haven't tried yoga, it's really helped mine.

Congratulations! Mounjaro genuinely saved my life too. Down over 75 pounds in a year and a half, my doctor says menopause is probably why it's not even more. Went from a size 22 down to 12, almost fitting into a 10! Both conditions, diabetes and heart failure, have gone into remission. Walking anywhere from 7,500 to 10,000 steps daily these days. So proud of you!

Absolutely incredible! I've been on Mounjaro for close to 4 weeks myself, changed up my whole lifestyle since starting, and I'm down 9 kilos in that time. You're such an inspiration!
