Mounjaro pen holders - anyone else?

A pen collection is an underrated part of the routine - the right holder makes a noticeable difference in injection stability, particularly at higher-viscosity doses. The 3D scanning and printing angle is the kind of community value-add that doesn't get enough credit.

The manual versus auto-injector preference tends to come down to whether the auto-inject sound-and-pressure mechanism causes anticipatory tension that makes it harder to hold still. For people who want to control the pace and depth, manual is usually more comfortable. Worth trying both before forming a firm preference.

On the topic of storage cases, one option holds twelve pens as an example. Plenty of similar options exist out there, worth clearly marking each one though.

Not here in the US at least. Mounjaro's still limited to the single-dose autoinjector style. Zepbound recently rolled out the quicker click-style pens, so fingers crossed Mounjaro follows eventually. Not a fan of single-dose pens, but tired of waiting around, so just going with what's available.

My doctor warned me off using an icepack since it can freeze the pen. Not sure if that's really true, but do you have one of those little icepack and pencil-case style carriers too?

Wait, there's a reusable mounjaro pen option? I've only got the kind that jabs the needle in directly. Any chance I could switch over to that other version?

OP here. Found something on a handmade marketplace that looks exactly like what I was after. Haven't gotten it in hand yet though.

Honestly wouldn't mind something like that for my own fridge, especially if the bottom third got carved out for pens, alcohol wipes, needles, all of it. Sort of an all-in-one kit tucked into the bottom of a wine fridge.

Where did you track that down?

Really like the idea behind those insulated tumbler organizers too, own a couple myself, but round shapes crammed into rectangular shelf space genuinely bothers my brain. Still, they look so polished once labeled up properly. Very lab-coat professional looking!
