Mounjaro since August - progress!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
jumped to 1mg around week 3 or 4. getting some nausea in the mornings, feels stronger than the stuff i took before

Got the T2D diagnosis back in March. Started mounjaro late in April. By June's follow-up labs, my A1c reading had dropped from the 7.7 range down to 5.5. For type 2 this medication works genuine wonders. Dropped roughly 20 pounds in that same window too.

Personally haven't dealt with any rough side effects. Everyone's different obviously, but that's been my experience. I personally know five people on a glp1, four confirmed on mounjaro or zepbound specifically. Not a single complaint about negative side effects from any of them.

I'm type 2 and started Mounjaro back in mid May. Ran 2.5mg the first month, 5mg every week since. I've also been taking 2000mg of metformin for a couple years running.

Been doing very-low-carb keto for over a decade now because of the T2 diagnosis. No real issues on my end. Still get dawn phenomenon where my liver keeps releasing glucose regardless.

Not doing intermittent fasting though. Mounjaro already makes eating large amounts in one sitting tough, and I'm careful not to fall into too steep a deficit. My main focus here is blood sugar control, so I'm not racing toward weight loss.
