Mounjaro stopped my hot flashes?

Seven weeks at 2.5 Mounjaro and the hot flashes plus night sweats have nearly disappeared. Adult acne showed up though, and coffee doesn't sit well like before.
 
Worth knowing that Mounjaro affects other hormones too, per my gynecologist. Last week he doubled my estrogen HRT dose on account of that. I was already in full menopause by 46.
