It's my 29th birthday today, and I'm so freaking pumped for the year ahead! So thrilled I got access to Mounjaro!

* Started October 10th, 2025
* Just on 2.5 mg dose
* Aiming for 1600-1900 calories a day
* No yucky side effects so far!
* Trying to hit the gym like 3 times a week, plus swimming

This med is a total game changer. The non-stop food noise is finally gone! Can't wait to see what happens next. Feeling so positive! ✨🤩

The real fun starts when you can rock clothes you haven't fit into for ages! I have some stuff in storage I'm hoping to squeeze back into. It's an awesome feeling, and it only gets better from here! Keep it up!

You look amazing! Just think about how awesome you'll look on your 30th! Keep going, you're killing it!

You look fantastic! Did you say you lost 50lbs in 4 months?! I've only managed like 15lbs in the last 3 months. Any tips?

I love seeing before and after pics where people are wearing the same clothes! It makes the difference so clear. This medication feels like a total miracle! You're doing awesome ladies!!!

The change in your posture is super noticeable! It's incredible what a 50lb loss can do for you, you must feel much better. Congrats!

And a very happy birthday!

I'm forcing myself to eat, so I'm not eating very regularly, but I'm trying to make healthier choices when I do. I haven't started exercising yet, but I plan to. My back is kinda messed up, which makes walking long distances tough. Hopefully, that will get sorted soon. I will try to drink more water. Seeing your transformation gives me hope that if I add in some exercises I will see more results. I get reassurance from following other peoples progress!

For me, it's been about being consistent with the meds, eating in that calorie range, and trying to get some exercise. Even just small changes can add up! Don't get discouraged by comparing yourself to others, everyone's journey is different ❤️

Consistency is absolutely key, as ScaleGal685 mentioned. Also, make sure you are drinking enough water. Sometimes thirst can be mistaken for hunger, leading to unnecessary calorie intake. I'd also suggest consulting with a registered dietitian or medical professional to ensure you are hitting your macros and micros.

Wow, I just saw someone on Reddit lost like 120 lbs using a similar medication! It took them about 10 months, but still, thats an amazing amount of weight to lose! So inspiring.
