Mounjaro wrecked me, Ozempic next?

Just want to hand you a little hope here - ozempic made me unbelievably nauseous, throwing up pretty regularly. Three months into mounjaro now and haven't had a single wave of nausea!!

Had to drop one medication and switch to another. Night and day difference, almost complete relief from the stomach-related side effects. Different formulations clearly hit people differently.

Only managed 10 pounds in six months on ozempic, plus rough side effects! Making the jump to mounjaro this week, hoping for better results and less weekly puking than I had on O!

I gave Mounjaro a shot roughly eighteen months back, not long after learning I had type 2 diabetes along with elevated blood pressure and a failing heart. Managed to drop 40 pounds but the side effects wore me down. Constant diarrhea, nausea, you name it. My appetite disappeared entirely and even looking at food made me queasy. Eating turned into something I had to push myself through against my will. Eventually I gave it up. All that weight came back, plus some extra. Just took my first Ozempic shot yesterday, hoping for the best!
