Mounjaro's been a game changer!

I don't want to exaggerate anything, but you look remarkably good, almost bringing tears to my eyes. It's not to say you weren't beautiful before, because you were absolutely stunning, but the self-assurance you have now truly shines through. I'm loving your entire look and vibe. Very inspirational!

Unbelievable! This is so inspiring. I don't mean to be impolite, but did you undergo skin removal surgery after losing weight? I've already dropped over 190 pounds (check out my recent post here) and I'm starting to notice loose skin already, and I'm still not at my goal weight!

I want to say that your journey is giving hope to others who are watching, and they're thinking, "if it can happen for her, it can happen for me too." You're giving some stranger the confidence to keep moving forward and have faith that it can happen for them.

You appear to be a completely different person, not only physically but also mentally. Kudos to you!!

I'm happy to share my successes, but I also enjoy seeing others reach their goals. We are fortunate to have achieved such great results and to see others sharing theirs!

It seems a lot of insurance companies are dropping coverage for these GLP-1 drugs like Zepbound and Wegovy. They're so expensive!. I'm not sure what I'm going to do.

DropDad Your transformation is incredible! I saw another post where someone lost about 75 lbs and has maintained it, adding strength training. Maybe that's something to consider for maintaining your progress?

That's a great thought! I've been thinking about incorporating more exercise. Strength training sounds like a good way to go.

Zen-Quest I'm also worried about the loose skin. Did you try anything to help with it, or are you just planning on surgery?

Honestly, I'm still researching options. I've heard some people have success with things like collagen supplements and certain creams, but I'm not sure how effective they really are. Surgery is definitely on the table if it gets too bad.
