Mounjaro's totally changed my life!

This is a really inspiring update. I can tell how much better things have been for you, and it's coming through in your words. The difference in your photos is really noticeable, too; you look lighter in spirit as well as body. Updates like these can really help those just getting started. Would it be okay if I shared this over on the community? It's a place where people post their GLP1 progress pictures, and your positive energy would really be appreciated there. You could post it yourself if you'd prefer.

Remember to adjust your dietary habits, cut back on sugar, and exercise regularly. I've seen patients regain the weight they lost (fellow nurses, can relate). It's discouraging. I lost about 80lbs around two years back, and I still limit my intake of carbs, sugars, and junk food. I snack on fruits and run around 5 miles, about 4 times a week. I've been off Mounjaro for about 18 months now. Oh, and congratulations on your weight loss!

That's wild I believe you. Docs don't always trust each other either. So proud of you standing up for your guy. That was rough. One change one problem how do we fix it sigh.

I'm on my second dose of 5mg, and not seeing much difference. I am going to keep at it, hoping it will eventually kick in. Anyone else experience similar situations? Thanks.

That's encouraging to hear about your success! I've had a similar experience with my rings. I was about to get my wedding ring resized because it was a bit snug. Now, it's too big! I might need to get it resized smaller soon!

I'm on KPV which works well for keeping swelling down. My diet changed completely over a year but the puffiness came back so it must be neurological damage. Wondering if ARA would help or if there are other peptides that might do something.
