My body is changing!

WOOOO! I can't believe this is happening. Seriously! I'm not even at my goal yet, but my doctor was like, "You're doing AMAZING". And look at me go! LOL! I'm so thrilled for everyone on this journey. Keep going, you can do it! I'm cheering you on! I haven't been under 200lbs forever. I'm so proud. I can't stop smiling. The tough times with the gastric sleeve, the blah feeling, the tummy troubles from the injections...all worth it! I just ran up three flights of stairs twice in this heat! ME! I did that! Don't give up! You've got this! Good luck everyone, we're all amazing!

This is just what I needed to hear. It's hard when people don't understand what I'm going through. At 4'11 I'm currently at 236 lbs, hoping to be 199 or below. It's going to take a while, but it's worth it, despite any issues. Thank you! 😊❤️

Woohoo!! Such a transformation!! I'm so excited about everything you said! I'm about 40 lbs from my goal and this really helps!

Amazing job! You look wonderful! 🎉

Thank you for sharing your journey, it's truly inspiring. ♥️

I'm currently at 319 lbs (145 kg), and I'm hoping to get down to 154 lbs (70 kg).
I know it's a marathon, not a sprint, and some people don't get where they want to go.

But stories like yours fire up that tiny bit of hope I have – the hope that I can make it too. ♥️

I cried when I got to 299. I had been working so hard to break 300. That number was huge. Then 289 made me so happy. I can't wait to see 279!!!

We're all doing so great!!!

I saw a post about someone who lost 107 lbs total, 50 on their own and the rest with semaglutide. They posted at SW: 205 CW: 148 (5’5”). It is encouraging to see these results!

I read about someone who went from around 230 to 159! She said she was battling a bunch of health issues like celiac and PCOS, and even with a good diet and being an athlete, she couldn't lose weight. She started semaglutide in Jan 2025 and was down to 185 by June. So cool!

It's good to hear stories like that. My doc says my PCOS is a factor in my weight gain too. Makes me feel less alone.
