My face is finally changing!

After what feels like FOREVER of shrinking, my super round face is starting to look less like a beach ball! This is HUGE for me, I've been so self-conscious. I'm hitting the big 5-0 this year, and it's the first time I've ever seen a normal-looking face in the mirror. I almost don't recognize myself.

I'm still amazed when I see photos. It's like, who IS that person? I've lost somewhere around 90lbs since June. Hoping to lose another 50 or so. My A1C is way better too, which is the most important thing!

It's amazing how much your face changes. I lost about 115lbs over the last decade (gained some back during pregnancy, unfortunately). I'm back on track now though with the help of medication I got more energy. I had a hard time recognizing myself in old pictures.

It's so common to regain after pregnancy! Don't beat yourself up about it. You're back at it and that's what matters! Congrats on your success.
