My GLP-1 journey

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Lost almost 42 lbs since January. This week my stomach fat went soft and squishy instead of firm. Assumed loose skin but now my arms and legs feel the same - kind of like an older person's upper arm. If anyone knows what this is I'd appreciate it.

The fantasy of losing the weight and coming off everything versus the reality of what the medications are actually doing to your metabolic picture is one of the most important reframes. The OP's gradual process since summer '22 is what taking the long view looks like in practice. What did learning more about your specific situation change in terms of expectations for how long you'll need to stay on any of it?

The health risk comparison between what obesity does to your body long term vs what the medication does is something more people need to think through clearly. The financial side is a bonus that catches people off guard - the savings elsewhere when you're not buying the same food volume actually add up!!
