My go-to weight loss meal

Hey all, wanted to share my favorite meal while dieting. It's my protein-packed nachos clocking in at about 365 calories with a whopping 58g of protein. Here's the breakdown:

* One bag of chili lime protein crisps (140 cals, 20g protein)
* One serving of lean ground turkey (140 cals, 28g protein)
* One serving of reduced-fat mozzarella (70 cals, 8g protein). I grab mine at a common department store.
* One serving of light sour cream (35 cals, 2g protein)
* And as much of your favorite hot sauce as you like (0 cals)
 
That recipe sounds awesome! If you're looking to boost the protein even more, try swapping the sour cream for plain Greek yogurt. You honestly can't even tell the difference.
 
Amazing results!! The recipe sounds delicious too, but I just wanted to say that losing 116 pounds in any amount of time, let alone 5 months and 3 days, is absolutely incredible. Keep up the amazing work!
 
I want to caution anyone starting GLP-1s to make sure you're still eating enough. I saw a post online of someone's fridge basically empty except for protein shakes and condiments. That's really not healthy or sustainable.
 
Yeah, I saw that fridge pic too, @Ash1988. It's definitely not something to aspire to. GLP-1s are supposed to help you eat less, not *stop* eating. You still need nutrients!
