Got a handful of go-to options.
Breakfast is sometimes nothing more than a fiber-boosted protein shake blended with coffee. Other times it's a bowl combining low-fat Greek yogurt with a small scoop of chia, some rolled oats, and a handful of mixed berries. I also batch-cook a kind of patty using ground turkey blended with mashed kidney beans, shredded courgette, shredded carrot, and seasoning. Baked in the oven, then sliced into portions. Each slice runs around 120 calories and 10g protein, paired with a whole grain toast (I'm in Germany, so brands will differ where you are).
Lunch is usually salad topped with chicken. I grab pre-marinated breast and cook a big batch in the oven ahead of time. Aim for a solid palm-and-a-half portion at lunch, whatever salad vegetables I'm in the mood for, plus a homemade dressing blending plain yogurt with a jarred salsa. Sometimes it's just leftovers instead.
Dinner varies with my mood. I cycle through protein sources but lean heavily on chicken breast, plus salmon, lentils, beans, and tofu sometimes. If rice, potatoes, or pasta make an appearance, I keep those portions modest.
