Hey everyone. I'm 47, and back in early 2025 when I was 46, I weighed 270 pounds. As of today, I happily weigh 250 pounds. I started on 1mg of my GLP-1 med, then went to 2mg. Around April, I changed my diet and started eating low-carb, no sugar, and high-protein. The cravings just disappeared. I still want to eat sometimes, but I drink water first, and if I'm still hungry, I'll make a salad or some chicken. I haven't been 250 since way back in 2013! I've aged a bit because I had neck and head cancer. Now I have stage 4 lung cancer, which is why I changed my diet. I might not have much time left, but I'm going to live it to the fullest.
