My injection looks...off?

Just got a new vial, and I'm a little concerned. Does this look right to anyone else? It hasn't been mixed, but there seems to be liquid inside already. What do you guys think?

That definitely doesn't look like the usual freeze-dried stuff. Does it slosh at all when you turn it upside down?

Any moisture in a lyophilized vial (looks like condensation) is a big no-no.

What is the medication and where did you get it (is it from a domestic supplier)? You should definitely ask for a replacement.

It moves a tiny bit, but it's like there's a hazy cloud inside. Super strange.

It's Tirz, and yeah, it's a domestic source. I emailed them right away, but they claim it would all be dissolved if moisture got in, and said I'm wrong. I'm so confused.

Mix it and see if it gets cloudy. Nothing to lose at this point, I guess.

They're not entirely wrong, but it's hard to really see what's happening because of the label's shadow. Can you snap another pic with better lighting, focusing on the powder?
