My progress is showing!

It's been about three quarters of a year, and I've gotten rid of about 40. I'm thrilled to see my belly shrinking and my shape returning. Gotta trim the fuzz, of course! LOL. I'm super happy with where I'm at, but I've seemed to stall around 190 for a month or so. I'd like to drop another 25 or so, but I'm still grateful.

Thanks for sharing your journey! Let's keep the discussion focused on approved treatments and avoid any buying/selling offers. Newbies, check out the FAQ for helpful info! This isn't meant to shut anyone down, just to provide extra resources.

Looking great, OP! Congrats! Keep up the water intake, aim for half your weight in ounces. Load up on fiber and protein, might help get past the plateau.

Fantastic job! That's a significant accomplishment. Keep pushing until you reach a healthy state.

For folks experiencing plateaus, it might be helpful to track your weight daily in an app to monitor trends. Also, consider measuring yourself weekly to see changes even if the scale isn't moving much. Gaining insights into how your body responds to different foods can also be beneficial.

I agree with FiberTracker that daily weighing can be useful, but only if you don't get too hung up on the daily fluctuations. I only log my weight once a week to avoid obsessing over small changes.

I'm so happy for you Jenny31!

I know it can mess with your head a bit even when it's good progress, because things are so different now. Clothes shopping can be fun now with SO many more choices, but overwhelming too!
