Awesome! With lean protein, plenty of fiber, and wholesome carbs, you'll likely maintain your progress even after discontinuing the medication because you've retrained your palate. I'm stealing that plate idea lol.

Totally! I still enjoy cooking. Now that I only have to think about myself, I'm back to playing with local farm-fresh ingredients.

Everything is so flavorful! I was living on caffeine, nicotine, and sugar. Now the thought of those things is gross! I crave healthy, clean food. Gave up smoking and can't stand coffee anymore (though I do miss it).

It's tough because I'm a disabled senior and good food is pricey.

I don't crave healthy stuff, unfortunately. I did years ago when I was a personal trainer, but it took a long time to change my tastes. Now I just stay at the same weight, fight hair loss, and deal with constipation unless I'm constantly drinking water and eating fiber.

Oh my gosh, I totally get that food being on your mind thing. It's not even about being hungry, but just constantly thinking about my next meal. It's so mentally exhausting!

YES! I've been dealing with that forever. It's like a constant battle in my head.

Does anybody else notice that their food cravings come back when they're about to start their period? I've been back in the fridge all day!
