NAD+500: Dosage advice?

Just got some NAD+500. Is 25mg a good starting point? What doses do you guys usually use? Any tips for using this stuff? Heard you shouldn't freeze it, is that true?

So far, I've pinned this 9 times (500mg with 3ml bac):

-- 25 mg: Nothing.
-- 50 mg: A slight 'whoosh,' then some chest tightness. Could have been anxiety.
-- 100mg: More chest tightness, maybe anxiety-related.
--Plunger hurts. Using buffered vials which I think are resold. Still hurts a bit when I inject, which makes me nervous.
--Just a little sore afterwards.
--Feels like a knot for a few days, but it's not painful.

Are you using a buffered version of NAD+ ?
YES, buffered! I added 4ml more bac and cut down to 50mg. WAY better. I can handle that three times a week. I'll wait a month before going up to 100mg. I don't like pushing a lot of fluid. Learned my lesson! 🤣

Mitochondrial protocol wasn't for me. Quit in January, two weeks early. The motts-c left bad knots. Two are still there, hard lumps. Probably not permanent, but I'm done with new non-glp1 peptides. Only klow, epitalon, SS-31, and glp-1's for me.

Started at 25mg, then 2x doses of 25mg, now 50-75mg daily. Really feel it at higher doses. Makes me warm, can handle the cold. Did an ice bath after 75mg and beat the bath house's ice bath record by 2 mins!

NAD+ and GHKcu are two of my favorites! Always keep them around. Started at 25mg every other day, now 50mg every other day feels right.

Third pin of NAD+ 1000 (reconstituted and filtered with 5ml BAC into 5ml vial). 80mg dose (40 units) 3x/week. A nice 'woosh' when I inject, no pain/lump/ISR.
