NAD+ cap colors - anyone else confused?

Hey, just got some NAD+ and mixed it up, coming out yellow-gold color once drawn up. Is that expected?

Thanks, this gets me started at least. Thinking color-coded caps make the most sense, clear works fine for the vial body itself though. Appreciate the input, that's exactly what I'm aiming for.
