NAD+ Dosage - Am I Doing This Right?

OK, I got NAD+ 500mg and mixed it with 5ml. So if I'm aiming for 800mcg a day, that's like... 0.8ml? Seems kinda low, right?

I took 1ml earlier this week.

From what I've read, these are the subcutaneous dosages people are using…

For Anti-Aging: 200-400mg, 3 times a week.

For general health/energy: 100mg, 3 times a week for a month, then 100mg once a month as a maintenance dose.

Okay, here it is: I buy a 500mg vial and mix it with 5ml. If I do 100mg doses, three times per week to start, that means each vial lasts just under 2 weeks, right? I'm currently spending $60 per vial, so the first month would be like 5 vials, give or take, before I get to a maintenance dose. Am I figuring that out correctly?

Yep, that's right. You'll need to stock up. NAD+ can be pricey at first, but you shouldn't need as much long-term.

Thanks! You know, it's funny, the first time I tried NAD+, it was maybe 100mg at a sports clinic thing. They gave it as a sample, and it felt amazing, like everything was super clear for hours. The stuff I got recently hasn't had the same effect. I've had good experiences with other things from them, so I'm not sure if it's me or the source. Thinking about trying MOTS-c... I like that energized feeling.

Has anyone here tried Thymosin Alpha-1? What dosage did you use, what were you hoping to achieve, and what were the actual results (both good and bad)? I'm particularly interested in its effects on immunity.

I tried Thymosin Alpha-1 at doses from 0.5mg to 1.5mg every other day, hoping to boost my immunity. I was getting recurring headaches, a constantly scratchy throat, and felt sensitive to cold. I did notice my lymphocyte count increased once, but that could have been from an infection not the Thymosin itself. It didn't stop the headaches, but the throat irritation did get better. I also seemed to have more allergic reactions, like shortness of breath.

If your immune system is working well already, it may not have a noticeable effect.

My wife is experiencing some pretty intense itching and hives after restarting a peptide blend (Sermorelin, GHRP2, and GHRP6). She stopped for a few weeks and when she started again, boom, allergic reaction. Has anyone else had this and switched to something like Ipamorelin?

I'd try a different supplier. Reactions can happen because of the substances they use to create the peptides, or even fillers in the vial. Also, make sure you're using bacteriostatic water, not sterile water.

I'd suggest switching to Ipamorelin. I used to take GHRP2 with Mod GRF 1-29, and felt like I was always hungry. I've heard GHRP6 is even worse for that! I had to stop the Mod GRF because I was getting chest tightness and feeling tired. I actually thought it was the Ipamorelin at first. Now I just use 200mcg of Ipamorelin before bed and it's working great.
