NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
A local medspa offered 3x 50mg IM shots for $75. I bought them for my wife and me.

I loved it; my wife didn't notice anything. I felt amazing for 2-3 days after each injection. Workouts were awesome, sleep was better, and I felt great overall.

Each shot seemed to have less effect than the previous one, like my body was getting used to it.

I plan to buy a kit of it in the future.

NAD injection isn't supposed to work since cells can't take it up, and there aren't studies showing it works. Using precursors like NR might be better.

I've had only 4 doses of 25mg each. Here's what I've noticed:

* I slept longer
* I fell asleep faster
* I slept deeper
* I woke up easier
* I am not groggy

I have insomnia and usually take OTC sleep meds. I try to avoid overusing them, so I only take a pill after 2 nights of bad sleep. This meant I was taking a sleeping pill about twice a week for years. Since starting NAD+, I haven't needed a pill.

I've been taking 50mg daily for about 3 months now. I really like it. When I started, I felt a rush for about 5 minutes after each injection. That faded, but I still feel energized for a few hours. My workouts are better if I take it before the gym. No cognitive benefits like focus or clarity. Sleep is better, but I think my other peptides have more to do with that. Overall, I'm happy and will keep cycling it or drop to a weekly dose.

NAD+ injection is terrific. NAD+ was the biggest improvement, for me anyway, of everything I've tried. I'm 60, have Hashimoto's, and survived septic shock. I was on lots of meds, which led to inflammation, weight gain, fatigue, and brain fog. My NAD levels were probably bottoming out.

I started low at 25mg. I noticed effects within 45 minutes. I felt a tingling in my legs (which felt great) and my brain felt scrubbed with menthol. My energy skyrocketed (but not jittery), and I felt alive again. I got off my prescriptions within weeks.

Weirdest part of my NAD+ journey: it improved my eyesight. I thought, 'no way'...but my glasses didn't work for driving. I found studies on pubmed and nih about NAD+ and age-related vision loss. So, NAD+ will always be in my toolkit.

I take 50mg every other day. Precursor supplements take more time to build up.

I added MOTS-c but didn't run SS-31 first. I ran MOTS-c for only a month and backed off because it drained me. If that happens, you're supposed to do SS-31 first. So that's what I'm doing as soon as I buy it. I hoped NAD+ was enough repair that I didn't need SS-31, but nope. Restarting with SS31.

I started taking liposomal NAD+ 2 weeks ago after stopping subq. The subq had a noticeable boost, but the sting was too much. I'm trying these capsules to save pins or cycle something else in. I feel some energy from the capsules, but no immediate rush like the injection. I'm curious if oral supplementation for about 2 months will have a more noticeable impact.

Thanks M_R_S_Health, I'll look into it. I've heard mixed reviews, some say it's almost too good to be true. But I found this article that seems to have some good overall info: another forum

Anyone know about Kisspeptin? I've read it might be a viable alternative to HCG in TRT. Does it only work with people that have secondary hypogonadism or will it work for primary too?
