None of these have meaningful head-to-head comparison data that would let you evaluate whether the stack outperforms any single component.

NAD+ isn't technically a peptide. And since MOTS-c doesn't contain cysteine, that particular chemical reaction shouldn't come into play, so combining should be fine. Given the known reaction concerns around MOTS-c though, why introduce extra risk?
Personally think the mitochondrial peptide is overhyped. Endurance runner here, did absolutely nothing for me, and seems like plenty of others report the exact same thing, more than with anything else I've tried.
What it does reliably deliver is annoying, itchy injection site reactions. Pretty skeptical of anyone calling it a genuine game changer.
Technically possible, but not really advisable since nobody really knows how they'd behave mixed together in solution. Definitely don't want a rough inflammatory reaction to one compound training your immune system to start attacking the other two as well.
Could be true. Based on what's actually confirmed, I'm leaning toward holding off on NAD+ as a peptide right now. Most bodies can apparently make enough of their own given the right building blocks.
Good luck with that!! Based on the compatibility chart, that particular coenzyme isn't typically recommended for mixing. Though I have come across a newer blend combining it with two other compounds at specific ratios, so apparently it can be done.
Always figured everyone already knew you needed to pair a methyl donor like TMG alongside NAD. Guess that's not as widely known as I assumed, so keep getting the word out there.
