NAD+ or Semax for focus?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Heavy metals alongside purity is the right combination for Semax - CNS activity makes contamination risk higher than with peripherally-acting peptides. Batch quality variation explains most of the inconsistent cognitive response people report.

Semax for brain fog and cognitive fatigue is one of the more interesting peptides in that space. The intranasal route is a bit unusual if you're only used to Flonase but the actual dosing is much smaller. The brain fog and fatigue piece is the area where people report the most noticeable difference - what's the source of it for you?

the subQ NAD+ route is generally better tolerated for the daily energy application than the IV format - the slow subcutaneous absorption rate avoids the flushing and discomfort that IV can produce, and the daily dosing keeps levels more consistent. pairing it with electrolytes and split meals addresses the blood sugar and hydration pieces that NAD+ alone doesn't help

Just wrapping up my second week on a nasal focus peptide. Started with a smaller amount the first week, bumped up the second week. Turned out to be a mistake. Yesterday morning right after that higher dose, felt like I'd downed some intense pre-workout loaded with caffeine. Kind of a foggy, jittery brain feeling. So today I dropped back down to somewhere between the two amounts and it's noticeably better. But here's my actual point in posting. My reaction to this compound doesn't match what it's supposed to do. The only thing I really notice is more energy throughout the day. Also feel almost unstoppable at the gym, can push harder, faster, with basically no fatigue. Not noticing any real boost to focus, sharper thinking, or memory though. If anything, I'd say I've been a bit more scattered lately. Overall hard to say whether I'm genuinely happy with this compound or not. On one hand, having more energy and not being wiped out after work is nice, workouts stop feeling like a chore. But I was hoping for something different from it. Planning to run a full month before deciding, so my read might shift, but right now I've got mixed feelings.

GLP medications work, no argument there, but they've genuinely wrecked my day-to-day life through the emotional flatness they bring on. So my 'results' end up being weight loss paired with suicidal thoughts and panic attacks. Not a trade I'm willing to keep making.

BPC-157 did nothing for my tennis elbow, unfortunately.

NAD+, honestly not sure that's the type of compound where you'd notice an outward difference?

Semax though, I'm fairly convinced that one's actually helping. Feeling steadier lately with a calm sort of energy.
