New GLP-1s: Mazdutide and Survodutide?

Micro-Doser

My supplier just added these to their inventory list. Looks like Mazdutide and Survodutide are being researched. Survodutide seems further along, might be Lilly's. My tolerance to Tirz is building, thinking about switching things up. I have Reta on hand for that purpose. Any thoughts on these new options? Also, any tips from those who've also developed a tolerance to Tirz would be great.

I think Survodutide and Mazdutide both have potential. Check the folders for investigational meds. They each have their own subfolder.

There's some interesting info in the Stifel report as well. It should be under Latest News.

I'm on 10mg, just took my second dose at that level, and the hunger is returning. My cravings are back, not like when Tirz was really working. Being older, I have to stay under 1200 calories to see any weight loss, and I'm using intermittent fasting with it. I think I need something stronger.

When you switch to retatrutide, reduce your current medication back to 2.5mg over about a month. Then, start retatrutide at 2mg. That will help you see if the dosage is strong enough for you. Everyone reacts differently to retatrutide.

I've been hearing a lot about SLU-PP-332 on some of the forums I frequent. Some individuals are saying it could potentially replace clenbuterol and DNP, while exhibiting a lower overall toxicity and without the stimulant effects.

I just read an article suggesting nandrolone may actually increase synovial fluid in joints. Maybe that explains the joint pain relief some ppl get from it, not just masking the pain. I saw BioLog talking about research somewhere else, maybe they know more?

I'm newer to all of this, but what exactly *is* intermittent fasting? Is it just skipping breakfast, or is there more to it than that?

Hey Slightly_Smaller, intermittent fasting can be a lot of things - skipping breakfast is one version, but it's basically cycling between periods of eating and voluntary fasting on a regular schedule. There are tons of different ways to do it! Some people do 16/8 (16 hours fasting, 8 hours eating), some do 5:2 (eat normally for 5 days, restrict calories for 2).
