New to GLP-1s! Feeling optimistic!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The Rybelsus fasting requirement is the main complaint - 30 minutes of no food and no water except a small sip is easy to forget or hard to maintain. The injectable version removes that constraint entirely which is why most people who try both prefer the shot.

Rybelsus experience posts are scarce in this community, which is a real gap - oral semaglutide has different absorption characteristics than the injectable and the collective knowledge base is much thinner. Having a thread building that data is useful.

Thanks! Just came off contrave, a different weight-loss drug, so I've definitely been tracking my macros and hitting protein targets, though extra motivation to stay active never hurts!

Never would've thought to prep with diet changes ahead of the first dose. Genuinely smart move, thank you. Going to ease in with just light walks for now.

About to get started too. Already picked up the pen through a mail-order pharmacy but waiting until the 29th since there's a doctor's appointment lined up first. Wanted actual medical monitoring going in, being an anxious person, that reassurance helps a lot. Diet's already changed quite a bit, plus gym time and strength training, so hopefully that softens any rough side effects. About 15lbs down independently already, though the number's held flat since end of May. Fingers crossed this pushes things forward.

Wishing you the best with this, genuinely hoping you get exactly the results you're after, everyone deserves good health! If this route doesn't pan out, might be worth looking into the pill version instead? Heard tablets can sometimes come with gentler side effects.
