Newbie GLP-1 Questions Overflow!

Hi everyone,

Been quietly reading here for a bit, maybe a month. My time with the blended stuff is almost up, and I'm thinking about doing my own research now. I'm trying not to blindly jump on the bandwagon, but one source seems to be talked about the most and seems pretty solid, though I could be wrong. Looking for tips or advice from anyone in the know.

Just wondering, does ordering a bigger quantity increase the chances of customs issues?

Also, I'm not a complete beginner to mixing. I've been making my own vape juice for 6+ years, so I have some experience.

Honestly, there are tons of places to get it from, and most are okay. If you're going with someone new, I'd suggest testing a vial (like with peptide test dot com). I wouldn't trust a source unless I've personally used them, had their product tested, and feel good about it. It's okay if you want to go with what others say is good, but I prefer to find vendors with good prices myself, test a vial, and stick with them if it's good, testing randomly. I listen to what others say, but I don't treat it like it's the absolute truth. I've gotten better prices and service this way, and so far haven't had any bad stuff (except for one vendor who didn't label their kits correctly and gave me the wrong one, even though they're really popular here). So I take all posts with a grain of salt, and test everything myself. It's the safest way and still cheaper than going through telehealth or getting brand name stuff. Good luck!

One thing I wish I knew sooner is to not eat the portions I used to before starting! Your digestion slows way down. Smaller, frequent meals are better. And avoid fatty, sugary, or processed junk – it can make you sick. Water and fiber are your friends for avoiding constipation. Protein is good too. Don't bother with fancy supplements unless your doctor recommends them.

This is very important advice. Some patients experience significant constipation, so proactively managing it with hydration and fiber is key.
