No appetite - force feed?

food noise is real. atomic habits—stack small changes over time while the med's working. brain chemistry + habit mechanics. none of us were born with this noise anyway.

Zero appetite from day one with protein drinks covering it is the cleanest version of this experience - liquid protein at split intervals is the practical fix when solids don't appeal.

the academic research presentation format is one of the most useful ways to get past the commercial framing of GLP-1 results - conference presentations from clinical researchers at university medical programs tend to show the full data including the non-responders and the effect-size distributions, which gives a more realistic picture than the promotional summary. the appetite suppression mechanism discussion in that context covers the boredom-and-cravings question more rigorously than most community discussions do

13 weeks at 3mg and the zero desire to eat on Sema versus the slightly different texture on Reta is a useful comparison. The Sema effect tends to be more complete suppression while Reta varies more by timing and dose. Bumping from 2 to 3mg is usually when the experience starts to clarify. Are you force-feeding at 3mg or is the window still manageable?
