Nothin' tastes good! Help!

I'm at that stage where even thinking about food makes me queasy. I'm a stickler for hitting my macros, especially protein, but I'm struggling to find anything appealing. I get about 55g protein from a daily shake, which isn't enough. What protein sources are you all relying on when food aversions kick in? Or do I just force myself to eat anything and hope things improve?

Hope these aren't redundant, and no dietary issues. Here's my go-to list—mostly from one store.

Quick List:
* Baked salmon.
* Salmon cream cheese, tuna salad on crackers.
* Avocado, celery, and cucumbers.
* Pre-made protein shakes.
* Chef salad: (hard boiled eggs, sliced turkey, cheese, garbanzo beans, carrots).
* Miso-Tofu soup.
* Collagen peptides in coffee.
* Protein milk.
* Canned Pears with cottage cheese.
* Smoothies with chia seeds & whey protein.
* Low sugar Jello.
* Protein bars.
* Dark Chocolate Bites
* Beef Jerky, Almonds, dried cranberries.

Protein milk
Yogurt with stevia
Almonds
Edamame
Baby carrots and sliced apples
Poached egg + parmesan on sourdough
Psyllium husk in crystal lite
Peaches blended with protein powder

I add a vanilla protein shake to my coffee to start my day.

I prep a huge omelet with 4 eggs, cottage cheese, egg whites, Canadian bacon, spinach, and cheddar. Protein bomb!

Tuna salad with Greek yogurt and crackers with laughing cow cheese.

Small portions, high protein!

There's ramen with 12g of protein that I add an egg or chicken to.

I saw a study that showed whey protein is better than collagen for muscle synthesis, for anyone trying to maximize protein benefits.

I definitely get the 'eat to live' thing. I dropped about 220 pounds in the last year cutting sugar and keeping carbs low. It's been a grind, but worth it!
